Day 2: The Perpetual Virginity

Day 2 attends to Mary's perpetual virginity.

The Catholic Church teaches that Mary remained a virgin before, during, and after the birth of Christ. The second Hail Mary today honors this Marian privilege.

Prayer

Pray three Hail Marys. With the second, honor Mary's perpetual virginity and ask for the grace of chastity according to one's state in life.

Mary, Ever-Virgin, obtain for me the chastity proper to my state. Amen.
