Day 3: Grandmother of Christ

The third day attends to Saint Anne's grandmaternal relation to Jesus Christ.

Grandmother in the order of grace

Saint Anne is, in the order of nature, the maternal grandmother of Jesus. The Catholic tradition has loved her under this title for centuries.

Prayer

Saint Anne, grandmother of the Word made flesh, intercede for the grandparents of our age. Bless them in their unique vocation. Amen.
