Day 3: The Nativity at Bethlehem

The third day attends to the moment the Holy Family received the Son of God in poverty at Bethlehem.

Family in poverty

The Holy Family received the eternal Son in a stable. The Catholic family is sanctified not by wealth or comfort but by openness to receive the gift God sends, however humbly.

Prayer

Holy Family, by the Nativity at Bethlehem, sanctify the poverty of our family. Where we lack what we wish we had, give us the grace to receive what God has provided. Amen.
